I’ve been to 2 Slowly Sunday retreats and have found it to be the perfect way to reset my mind and body in my own backyard. The setting is a beautiful Pilates studio in the heart of the Amsterdam center. Katie puts her heart and care into curating each wellness program, plus the homemade delicious nourishing snacks are an added bonus!
